Dr. Hulse's primary office is now in Los Altos as of Jan 1, 2020. She will be in Santa Cruz 1-3 days per month, appointments available by waitlist only. To schedule with Dr. Hulse in Los Altos, call that office at 650-960-3485. Dr. Hulse is not accepting any new patients in the Santa Cruz office.
We require 48 hour notice to cancel an appointment without a cancellation charge.
