Dr. Turzo has office hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and 1-2 Fridays per month.
Dr. Hulse has office hours in Santa Cruz on 1-3 days per month, availability is extremely limited and by waitlist only for existing patients. Dr. Hulse also sees patients in her Los Altos office at 1 First St., Suite 3 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

INSURANCE
We do not contract with any insurance companies. Rather, all our doctors are "fee-for-service" meaning that payment is due in full at the time of each treatment. We will provide you a Superbill with diagnostic and procedure codes. You can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement, typically as an out-of-network provider. Insurance coverage for osteopathic treatment varies widely between plans and insurers, so check with your plan administrator about any questions on coverage.
